🚨 We're Hiring: Sales Executive (Chapatti Sales) 📍 Locations: Multiple Locations across Odisha 🏢 Company: Creative Multi Brand Private Limited (Partner of Chaizop) 🕒 Job Type: Full-time 💸 Salary & Benefits Basic Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month Incentives: ₹500 – ₹1,000 per sale (performance-based) Quarterly Bonus: Up to 10% of total sales Annual Bonus: Up to 20% of total sales Fuel Allowance: ₹2,500/month 📌 Role Summary We are seeking motivated and results-driven sales professionals to join our growing team in Odisha. As a Sales Executive, your main focus will be promoting and selling Chise Of’s quality chapatti products while achieving ambitious sales targets. 🧾 Key Responsibilities Promote and sell Chise Of’s chapatti products Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Develop and maintain strong customer relationships Identify new business opportunities in your area Deliver excellent customer service and after-sales support ✅ What We’re Looking For Prior sales experience (FMCG industry preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-driven and target-oriented mindset Excellent negotiation and closing ability Ability to work independently and in a team 🔗 Distributor Connector Role (Optional Add-on) We are also seeking a Sales Professional experienced in Distributor Management.
