Creative & Motion Designer – Social Media & Multimedia Focus

(Remote – Full-Time | 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)

Are you a visually driven storyteller who lives at the intersection of design, animation, and digital trends? We’re looking for a Creative & Motion Designer to help shape our visual identity across social platforms and beyond. This role blends graphic design, motion graphics, and social media creativity — perfect for someone who thrives on turning bold ideas into scroll-stopping content.

What You'll Do

• Design original, visually striking content for social media posts, stories, and reels
• Create animated graphics and short-form videos using tools like After Effects and Blender
• Develop campaign themes, storyboards, and moodboards that align with our brand identity
• Collaborate on website visuals, UI concepts, and digital layouts
• Maintain and grow our social media presence through engaging and on-brand content
• Contribute to branding, marketing, and visual storytelling strategies
• Stay ahead of creative trends in design, animation, and social media

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience or a strong portfolio in graphic design, animation, and digital content creation
• Mastery of tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Blender, and Canva
• Deep understanding of color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and animation principles
• Social media fluency: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Ability to independently brainstorm and execute fresh, compelling concepts
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and communication skills

Bonus Points For

• Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)
• Knowledge of UI/UX tools like Figma
• Familiarity with AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway ML)
• Experience in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering
• A passion for trends, aesthetics, and viral digital content
