Creative Motion Designer

You are a talented Motion Graphics Artist & Graphic Designer who will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating captivating animations, visual effects, and designs for educational technology (EdTech) videos. Your role is essential in transforming video scripts into engaging animations and visually appealing designs that elevate the learning experience for our audience. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the content team and script writers to grasp the vision and goals of each video project. You will design and produce visually striking motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that effectively convey complex technical concepts in a compelling and easy-to-understand manner. Additionally, you will develop original graphic designs, illustrations, and icons for video content, promotional materials, and digital assets. Utilizing industry-standard software like Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop, you will create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and designs. Working closely with video producers and script writers, you will ensure seamless integration of motion graphics and designs with script content. You will refine animation concepts, visual designs, and illustrations based on feedback from stakeholders to align with project objectives while maintaining quality and consistency across all deliverables. Your qualifications should include a proven track record in motion graphics, animation, and graphic design, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and technical expertise. Proficiency in software tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop is essential. A solid understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, graphic design, and typography is required. Your ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment, receive and implement feedback, and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines is crucial. A keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for education, technology, and visual storytelling are qualities that will drive your success in this role.
