Creative Marketing lead

As a Creative Designer at Enerchi, you will be a powerhouse creative responsible for thinking, designing, creating, executing, and innovating differently. You will be a hybrid of a 3D artist, content creator, digital marketer, and campaign executor, taking ownership of the entire digital presence from end to end. This is not a typical designer or social media role; we are looking for someone who can deliver smarter and smoother energy for our brand. Key Responsibilities: - Develop creative concepts and design graphics and branding materials - Create web designs and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive brand identity - Sketch, create digital designs, and revise designs based on feedback - Stay up-to-date with design trends - Produce 3D renders of products such as energy mints, packaging, and product shots - Build moodboards and visual directions for campaigns Qualifications: - Proficiency in Creative Design, Graphics, and Graphic Design - Experience in developing Branding materials - Skills in Web Design - 3D and Blender specialist - Strong communication and collaboration abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Understanding of design principles and attention to detail - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field is preferred; if not, skills are enough Join us if you are a Superman or a Supergirl who always thinks out of the box mentally and visually, and gives your best effort for execution.
