Role Overview: T-Rex Agency, a digital marketing agency in Pune, Kalyani Nagar, is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Creative Lead - Video Editing & VFX to drive the visual storytelling of the brand and client projects. This role goes beyond video editing; it is a creative leadership position for someone deeply immersed in scroll-stopping visuals, motion design, and cinematic effects. Your responsibilities include ideating and executing impactful videos, mentoring editors and VFX artists, and maintaining high creative standards across platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the creative execution of video edits and VFX-heavy content for campaigns and brand films. - Design and deliver captivating motion graphics, transitions, and animations using Adobe After Effects. - Expertly utilize After Effects plugins (such as Red Giant, Element 3D, Trapcode, etc.) to enhance visual quality. - Integrate and animate 3D objects within After Effects and compositing environments. - Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and writers to bring ideas to life through motion. - Supervise and mentor a team of video editors and motion designers to ensure top-notch work. - Stay updated on editing trends, social media formats, and new VFX techniques to create engaging content. - Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative pitch decks for new projects. Qualification Required: - Mastery of Adobe After Effects, especially in effects, compositing, and plugin use. - Proficiency in 3D workflows within After Effects (Element 3D, Blender). - Strong foundation in storytelling, pacing, and editing for emotional and visual impact. - Demonstrated ability to create attention-grabbing content for social media. - Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator. - Experience in team leadership and guiding junior editors and designers. - Passion for creativity, design, and digital culture.
