Creative Lead (Video and Design)

As the Video & Design Lead at our in-house creative studio, your role will involve overseeing end-to-end operations to deliver digital content across multiple platforms. You must have expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing, managing, and delivering high-quality creative outputs while aligning with brand voice, industry standards, and business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop creative concepts and design solutions aligning with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. - Translate marketing briefs and strategic direction into visually compelling designs. - Generate fresh ideas and innovative approaches to design challenges. - Create mood boards, storyboards, and visual prototypes effectively communicate design ideas. - Design and produce high-quality visual assets for various platforms such as digital advertising, video content, social media, and websites. - Create wireframes and prototypes for web and mobile applications. - Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and technical specifications. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and brand guidelines. - Collaborate with designers, marketers, developers, and stakeholders for seamless project execution. - Maintain and evolve brand guidelines for consistency in visual communications. - Prioritize tasks effectively and manage workload to meet deadlines. - Be receptive to feedback and willing to iterate on designs based on input. Qualifications Required: - Conceptual Thinking: Ability to create original ideas and develop innovative design solutions. - Technical Proficiency: Mastery of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and wireframing tools. - Platform Expertise: Experience in designing for digital, video, social media, and web platforms. - Web & Mobile Design: Proficiency in web and mobile design principles, including UI/UX best practices. - Software Proficiency: Expert level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and wireframing tools. - Eye for Detail: Keen attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.,
