Creative Lead (Video and Design)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Video & Design Lead to oversee the end-to-end operations of our in-house creative studio, delivering digital content Video & Design across multiple platforms. You must have deep expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, along with proven experience in managing multidisciplinary creative teams. Responsibilities include conceptualizing, managing, and delivering high-quality creative outputs ranging from printed marketing collaterals to digital videos, while aligning with the brand's voice, industry standards, and business goals. Your responsibilities will include developing creative concepts and design solutions aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives, translating marketing briefs into visually compelling designs, generating fresh ideas and innovative approaches, creating mood boards and visual prototypes, designing high-quality visual assets for various platforms, creating wireframes and prototypes for web and mobile applications, ensuring design consistency with brand guidelines and technical specifications, managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with other team members, maintaining brand guidelines, prioritizing tasks effectively, and being receptive to feedback. The ideal candidate should have conceptual thinking skills, technical proficiency in design tools and software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, wireframing tools), platform expertise in digital, video, social media, and web design, knowledge of UI/UX best practices, an eye for detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.,
