Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Meta Ads Specialist based in Chembur, Mumbai. The Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising advertising campaigns on Meta platforms. Duties include setting up and monitoring campaigns, analysing performance metrics, developing strategies to improve ad performance, conducting keyword research, and collaborating with the marketing team to align campaigns with business objectives. Qualifications- Experience in creating and managing high-performing Meta ad campaigns, including setting up ads, targeting audiences, and budgeting. Strong analytical skills for interpreting data, analysing performance metrics, and optimising campaigns for better results. Strategic planning and creativity skills to develop targeted advertising strategies aligned with business goals. Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and trends in advertising technology. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics is a plus. Prior experience in a digital marketing role is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
