Company Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and enhance videos for social media, training, marketing, and promotional use.
• Create visually compelling images, thumbnails, banners, and other digital assets.
• Trim, arrange, and assemble recorded raw material into a finished product suitable for publishing.
• Add music, dialogues, graphics, animations, and effects to videos as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing, training, and product teams to understand creative requirements.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual content.
• Manage media assets and maintain an organized library of footage and graphics.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and editing tools.
• Build brand guidelines for a start-up company.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor and Image Designer (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with reels, shorts, and YouTube videos.
• Knowledge of color grading and audio editing.
• Familiarity with AI tools like Canva AI, Runway, or similar.
