🌱 WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Research

• Research each topic extensively, drawing from diverse sources including research articles, blogs, books, health specialists, conversations with the Satvic community, and other top-performing YouTube content.

2. Ideation

• Turn those insights into strong, story-led video ideas aligned with the Satvic philosophy.

• Craft authentic yet clickable titles, hooks, and thumbnail directions that make viewers say, “I need to watch this.”

3. Scriptwriting

• Write YouTube long-form scripts that viewers cannot stop watching.

• Use stories, analogies, and visual thinking to simplify complex ideas while keeping the tone warm and human.

• Continuously refine scripts based on audience feedback and performance data to make each video more engaging than the last.

You’re Right for This Role If You…

• Have experience in writing or ideating for YouTube long-form videos that have gone viral in the past.

• Deeply understand how YouTube works and what makes content go viral organically.

• Are passionate about health, wellness, and creating meaning in people’s lives.

• Type: Full-time (Remote) / Project Basis

• Location: Remote (or option to work from our office in Bangalore)

• Remuneration: Based on experience and skill
