Role Summary

The Creative Head will be responsible for shaping and executing digital-first creative strategies that enhance brand identity, engage audiences, and fuel growth. This leadership role requires vision, originality, and the ability to manage end-to-end creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative planning and content strategy across digital platform
• Oversee scripting, shoots, editing, and final creative output
• Mentor and manage creative teams including anchors, designers, and video editors
• Ensure innovative, high-quality content aligned with brand objectives
• Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior to stay ahead in the digital landscape.

Qualifications & Skills

• 36 years of proven experience in creative leadership, preferably in digital media or content production
• Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms
• Solid knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and digital trends
• Ability to respond quickly to trends and viral topics
• Creativity with new formats: shorts, reels, explainers, live content
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into actionable campaigns
• Preferably from Lallantop, ABP Uncut, ZEE Switch. But no bar for good candidates.
