Creative Graphic Designer

You are a Creative Graphic Designer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience, sought to join a dynamic team. Your expertise lies in graphic design, logo creation, image production, and proficient use of tools like CorelDraw, Photoshop, Flash, and other design software. Your primary responsibilities will include creating visually compelling designs, logos, and graphics for both print and digital media. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure the production of high-quality visuals that align with the brand. Additionally, you will be tasked with optimizing and editing images for websites, social media, and various other platforms. Collaboration on layout and design projects for brochures, ads, banners, and other marketing materials will also be part of your role. It is crucial for you to stay updated on current design trends to ensure that the graphics produced are cutting-edge. To excel in this role, you should possess 2 to 3 years of graphic design experience and have proficiency in CorelDraw, Photoshop, Flash, and other graphic software. A strong understanding of color theory, design principles, and image optimization is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are also key requirements. A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred, with a preference for graduates from the College of Arts. Preferred skills for this role include a strong creative vision and the ability to bring ideas to life, as well as the capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience with digital image editing and layouts will be an added advantage. This is a full-time position with opportunities for Fresher and Internship roles. The working schedule is during the day shift, specifically the morning shift. The work location is in person.
