Job Description

As a Graphic Designer at Snaptics, based in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with art directors, copywriters, and competency partners to maintain creative standards and uphold the brand image across all projects. Regular attendance and active participation in kickoffs and team meetings are expected from you. Your key responsibilities will include meeting with the group creative director, lead art director, and writer to discuss concepts and creative strategy, ensuring alignment with project objectives. You will be required to synthesize project information effectively to develop imaginative layouts and provide visual references to support creative concepts. Your role will involve designing impactful and engaging layouts while adhering to the brand's standards and creative brief specifications. Efficient time management and coordination with the project manager to facilitate timely reviews are essential for successful project delivery. Your ability to contribute to a positive agency culture by fostering strong working relationships with internal teams, departments, and clients will be highly valued. Leveraging your design and art direction skills, you will consistently deliver strategically sound work that aligns with campaign objectives. It is imperative to stay updated on project status and communicate effectively with the group creative director, Creative teammates, and project manager. Developing presentation and negotiation skills, along with ensuring high-quality deliverables through established processes, will be integral to excelling in this position.
