Creative Graphic Designer

As a talented creative designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating interactive online content for our FMCG client. Your main tasks will involve developing high-quality designs from scratch and executing various digital design projects. You will work on software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premier Pro to create assets for multimedia and graphics projects, encompassing advertising, emails, social media, and interactive displays. Your role will also involve producing content that reflects the company's brand, aesthetic, and marketing strategy, including social media graphics, website banners (Static and GIFs), and promotional artworks, e-commerce content. Key Responsibilities: - Champion the brand's visual guidelines and identity and apply them consistently across all creative work - Adapt and optimize campaign content (video and static) to address performance issues as per the brief - Conceptualize visuals based on project requirements - Create rough drafts and present design ideas - Utilize appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic - Collaborate with business leaders, copywriters, and content managers to ensure designs align with the brand image - Prepare project briefs and present design concepts to stakeholders - Adapt graphics to various formats and placements - Incorporate feedback to amend designs - Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, digital design, graphic design, or related field - 3 to 7 years of experience as a professional designer - Proven track record in a professional digital design role - Portfolio showcasing previous digital design work, demonstrating experience and creativity - Proficiency in design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite - Ability to effectively present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects - Strong team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills - Creative vision aligned with business objectives If you wish to apply for this role based in Mumbai (Andheri East), kindly share your profile and portfolio at ayushi.gupta1@omc.com.
