As a Creative Designer at Bigg Jump, you will play a crucial role in designing engaging creatives, strengthening brand identity, and creating impactful catalogues and marketing collaterals. Your work will involve collaborating with marketing and content teams to translate campaign ideas into visually appealing designs that resonate with the audience. Your attention to detail and ability to adapt designs for multiple platforms and formats will ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop creative assets for social media platforms such as static posts, reels, ads, stories, and banners. - Work on branding projects to ensure consistent adherence to brand guidelines and evolution. - Create catalogues, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials for both print and digital use. - Collaborate with marketing and content teams to transform campaign ideas into engaging visuals. - Stay updated on the latest design trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas to brand communication. - Ensure timely delivery of design projects while maintaining high quality and attention to detail. - Adapt designs for various platforms and formats to maximize impact. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma is an added advantage. - Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding projects, and catalogue design. - Understanding of color theory, typography, layouts, and branding principles. - Creative thinking abilities to translate ideas into visually appealing designs. - Excellent attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
