Creative Graphic Designer

You are an expert Creative Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and graphics for various digital and print media platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Must have good experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and MS Office PowerPoint. - Maintain awareness of industry and technology standards, social media trends, competitive landscape, and market trends. - Develop social media designs, online creative ads, web banners, web layout designs, and video & motion graphics as per requirements. - Consult with the digital marketing team to understand the brand, target audience, and key messaging. - Hands-on experience with After Effects and Video Editing. - Ensure the final graphics & layouts are visually appealing. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns. - Create a wide range of digital design assets, including emailers, PPTs, social media graphics, and website elements. - Design and produce corporate design requirements such as logos, branding materials, and style guides. - Develop print deliverables for events, including brochures, posters, and signage. - Design and create impactful merchandise for events and brand promotion. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in graphic design. - Explore and implement innovative design techniques, including AI tools. - Showcase relevant design work and social media campaigns in your portfolio. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred. - 2+ years of experience in graphic design/advertising OR digital marketing agency. - Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, AI/Illustrator (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant tools. - Experience with video editing tools and 3D design and animation tools.
