Title PHP & WordPress Developer

As a WordPress Developer at our company, you will be responsible for developing websites on WordPress based on the provided design with meticulous attention to detail. You will collaborate closely with the design team to ensure the feasibility of features and designs during the website's design phase. Your role will also involve utilizing your understanding of Figma, PSD, and HTML layout to build new features and functionalities on WordPress according to requirements. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating and implementing new themes and plugins, as well as handling the website's front-end and conducting performance tests. In this position, you will analyze the performance of websites, troubleshoot encountered errors, and manage the backend aspects of websites, including database and server integration. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring high performance and overseeing all technical aspects of assigned WordPress websites. You should possess the ability to convert HTML pages into WordPress themes and demonstrate excellent communication skills, enabling you to work independently or as part of a team effectively. Moreover, maintaining well-documented and reusable code will be crucial to your role, along with assisting the SEO team in resolving website errors and issues. You should have a solid understanding of website responsiveness and reducing page speed, as well as the capability to handle hosting, domain, and email setup tasks, including taking website backups. Knowledge of Shopify and Wix will be considered an added advantage in this role. Requirements: - Bachelors/Masters degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering. - Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a WordPress developer. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, and WordPress theming (including ACF Pro, Elementor, etc.). - Strong knowledge of Core PHP and a willingness to learn the latest technologies. - Familiarity with Custom Post Type and experience working with debugging tools.
