On Smytten, each article is accompanied by a magnificent magazine cover, which will be your primary focus. You will be tasked with designing luxurious covers across a diverse range of premium and luxury topics. Additionally, you will create illustrations, graphics, community creatives, eMail designs, social media posts, website landing pages, in-app assets, blog posts, and any other digital materials that enhance the brand's online presence. Furthermore, as a startup, you may be required to design offline properties for events and fairs, showcasing your ability to translate the brand identity into tangible offline designs. Collaboration is key at Smytten, and you will work closely with other design teams to offer and receive design support. Leveraging your expertise in creative software, you will craft a variety of static and motion graphics for communication design. By analyzing performance data, you will gain insights into the effectiveness of your creatives and use this knowledge to refine future designs. Qualifications and Skills: - 2 - 6 years of experience in Graphic Designing and Video Editing, specializing in short video clippings. - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a prerequisite. - Prior experience in designing for E-Commerce websites, apps, social media pages, community posts, and banners is preferred. - Hands-on experience with industry-standard software such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, fine arts, communications, or a related field. Location: Bangalore (Rajaji Nagar). This is a 5-day office work week with alternate Saturdays. Candidates should be comfortable with the specified location.
