Village Company is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our in-office team in Meerut. This role is ideal for someone with creative instincts, strong design fundamentals, and the ability to quickly execute visual concepts. You'll work on digital creatives, marketing materials, and brand assets while collaborating with our content and operations teams. Key Responsibilities Create and edit graphics for digital platforms (social media posts, ads, presentations, etc.). Work on branding materials such as logos, brochures, and infographics. Perform quick design edits and adapt creatives as per requirements. Explore and utilize AI-based design tools and prompts to enhance creativity and efficiency. Collaborate with writers and business teams to ensure visual consistency across projects. Required Skills Proficiency in at least one design tool: Adobe Illustrator / Figma / CorelDraw. Strong sense of layout, typography, and color usage. Ability to make quick design edits and variations. Familiarity with AI-driven tools for creative generation is a plus. Assessment Process In-office graphic editing assignment to test practical design skills. Interview with the hiring team.
