Job Title: Creative Executive Experience: 2-3 Years Location: Bangalore (On-site) Working Days: 6 days CTC: 3,80,000 to 4,00,000 per annum Job Summary: We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy Videographer & Video Content Creator with 2-3 years of experience in video production, editing, and digital content creation ideally within an ad agency or digital marketing environment. The ideal candidate will not only be skilled in traditional videography but also knowledgeable in AI-powered tools to enhance video production, automate tasks, and optimize content for performance-driven campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Capture, edit, and produce compelling video content for brand storytelling, digital campaigns, client projects, and events. Conceptualize and execute high-quality video content tailored for social media, YouTube, paid ads, and performance marketing. Utilize AI tools for video editing, voiceovers, script generation, motion graphics, and content repurposing. Collaborate closely with digital marketing, social media, and creative teams to align video content with campaign goals. Ensure timely delivery of video projects while maintaining quality and brand consistency. Stay updated with industry trends in both video content and emerging AI tools and platforms. Requirements: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in videography and video editing. Proven track record in an ad agency, production house, or digital marketing environment. Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve. Familiarity with AI tools such as: Runway ML, Descript, Pictory, Lumen5, Kaiber, or similar, Perplexity, Sora, Claude, Gemini, Suno, Deepseek, Bolt.new, Make. AI voice tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, PlayHT) AI script/caption generators (ChatGPT, Jasper AI) Strong understanding of platform-specific video formats and algorithms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Solid visual storytelling skills with creative instincts and attention to detail. Good organizational and project management skills. It will be an added advantage if you have hands on work experience in ad agency. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in creating performance-driven ad creatives using A/B testing and analytics insights. Basic design skills using Photoshop or Illustrator. Knowledge of SEO for YouTube and video metadata optimization. Interest in exploring and implementing the latest AI/automation innovations in video production.
