Creative Director 3D Visualization & Architectural Rendering

As a Creative Director specializing in 3D Visualization & Architectural Rendering, you will lead and inspire a team of 3D Visualizers to produce top-notch architectural renders, animations, and walkthroughs. Collaborating with clients, architects, and developers will be essential to ensure project requirements are met. Your role involves setting creative direction, maintaining quality standards, and supervising the production pipeline. You will also introduce AI-driven solutions and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and creativity, aligning all visual outputs with brand and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of 3D artists/visualizers to deliver high-quality architectural renders, animations, and walkthroughs. - Collaborate with clients, architects, and developers to understand project requirements and translate them into visually stunning outputs. - Set creative direction, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely project delivery. - Introduce and implement AI-driven solutions and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and creativity. - Supervise the entire production pipeline from modeling to post-production, ensuring alignment with brand expectations. Required Skills & Tools Expertise: - Proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, AutoCAD, and related visualization tools. - Knowledge of animation and post-production tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro. - Familiarity with AI-based tools for rendering and creative workflows. - Proven ability to manage and motivate a creative team. - Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail in architecture, design, and storytelling. Preferred Qualifications: - Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Design, or related field. - Hands-on experience in architectural visualization studios. - Knowledge of Unreal Engine / Unity is a plus. - Strong communication and client-handling skills.
