Creative Designer

As a Creative Designer at our organization, you will be responsible for leading the creative direction and strategy for various visual and graphic design projects to enhance our client's brand management and promotion in India. We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual with a Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications/arts, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Your key responsibilities will include conceptualizing and developing innovative designs for digital platforms, web, print materials, packaging presentations, and other marketing collateral. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that the designs align with the brand's mission, values, and marketing objectives. Additionally, you will need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and design techniques to keep the brand fresh, relevant, and differentiated. Success in this position will be demonstrated by your ability to maintain brand consistency, enforce brand guidelines, and deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and liaise with external vendors and agencies when necessary. Your strong communication and presentation skills will be essential in articulating design concepts and incorporating feedback from cross-functional teams. To excel in this role, you should have proven work experience as a creative designer, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar tools is required.
