Creative Designer

About the Role:

Perfomax Media is seeking a Creative Designer with a strong background in illustrations and hands-on experience using AI-based creative and advertising tools. You’ll collaborate with our performance marketing team to create engaging ad visuals, campaign assets, and brand designs that drive real results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design high-performing visuals for digital ads and campaigns.
• Develop illustrations, static creatives, and motion assets that align with brand identity.
• Use AI-driven design tools to enhance creative output and streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with marketing strategists to develop visual concepts for Meta and Google Ads.
• Stay updated with creative trends, AI design tools, and ad formats.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 3 years of professional experience in creative design.
✅ Strong skills in illustrations, concept creation, and digital ad design.
✅ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, Leonardo, or Firefly.
✅ Solid portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility.✅ Ability to work on-site from our Thrissur office.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
