Job Description

Position Title : Creative Designer Parul University is seeking a creative and talented Creative Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing visually appealing and culturally relevant graphics, banners, and other creative assets that support our activities. Responsibilities: Design engaging and visually appealing graphics, banners, and other elements for use in digital advertising campaigns (PPC, social media) targeting prospective students. Develop social media post templates and other visual content that aligns with the brand identity and resonates with interested audiences. Collaborate with the Copywriter to ensure a consistent brand voice and visual communication across all digital marketing channels. Create infographics, and other visual content to support marketing initiatives. Conduct research on design trends and cultural preferences for visual communication. Ensure all designs are visually appealing, culturally appropriate, and optimized for different digital platforms (web, social media, mobile). Maintain a high level of quality and consistency in all design work. Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, etc.). Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a graphic designer or in a similar visual design role. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design work. Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography. Proficient in using design software (Adobe Photoshop, XD, Illustrator preferred). Experience with design for social media platforms a plus. Ability to take direction and work collaboratively with other team members. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with basic animation or video editing skills a plus. Cultural awareness and sensitivity to audiences a plus. Benefits: Competitive salary as per the industry standards.
