Creative Designer

Job description

Duties and responsibilities:

Design assets for social media platforms, presentations, marketing and promotional materials.

Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance creativity and efficiency.

Revise and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback and project requirements.

Ensure all designs meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and project deadlines.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Required Skills & Experience:

A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Creative Designer or in a similar design role with any Brand or Agency.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work.

Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, color, and composition.

Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and visual storytelling.

Good communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Awareness of design trends and the ability to adapt to evolving styles.

Nice to have/preferred skills and experience

Experience with motion graphics or animation tools (e.g., After Effects).

Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and their design requirements.

Experience with photography or video editing for multimedia projects.
