You are a creative storyteller with a passion for video and design. Dolphin Kids International School is seeking a multi-talented Creative Content Specialist to join the team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys being behind the camera and has a flair for graphic design and video editing. Your primary responsibility will be to capture the day-to-day activities, special events, and the joyful spirit of the school through high-quality video reels and photos. You will then edit this content and design complementary graphics to create a dynamic and engaging social media presence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Daily Video & Reel Production: Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content, especially Instagram Reels, on a daily basis within the school campus. - Video Editing: Transform raw footage into polished, compelling videos optimized for social media channels like Instagram and Facebook. - Graphic Design: Utilize Canva to create eye-catching graphics, posters, announcements, and festival-themed creatives for social media pages. - Content Strategy: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop fresh content ideas that showcase the school's unique environment. - Event Coverage: Capture photos and videos of school events, celebrations, and festivals. - Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, video content, and design to keep the content fresh and relevant. **What We're Looking For:** - Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, and Content Creator with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills. - Proficiency in shooting high-quality video with a smartphone or DSLR. - Skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, VN, InShot, or similar. - Excellent graphic design skills with strong proficiency in Canva. - A creative eye for detail, storytelling, and visual composition. - Understanding of various social media platforms and what makes content engaging. - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily deadlines. - A positive attitude and comfort working in a dynamic school environment around children.
