This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys being behind the camera and has a flair for graphic design and video editing. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Daily Video & Reel Production:** Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content, especially Instagram Reels, on a daily basis within the school campus. - **Video Editing:** Transform raw footage into polished, compelling videos optimized for social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). - **Graphic Design:** Use Canva to create eye-catching graphics, posters, announcements, and festival-themed creatives for social media pages. - **Content Strategy:** Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop fresh content ideas that showcase the school's unique environment. - **Event Coverage:** Capture photos and videos of school events, celebrations, and festivals. - **Trend Monitoring:** Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, video content, and design to keep the content fresh and relevant. **What We're Looking For:** - Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, and Content Creator. A strong portfolio showcasing your skills is a must. - Proficiency in shooting high-quality video with a smartphone or DSLR. - Skilled in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, VN, InShot, or similar). - Excellent graphic design skills with strong proficiency in Canva. - A creative eye for detail, storytelling, and visual composition. - Understanding of various social media platforms and what makes content engaging. - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily deadlines. - A positive attitude and comfort working in a dynamic school environment around children.
