Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and imaginative Creative Content Handler to develop engaging content that enhances our brand presence across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing, designing, and curating original and impactful content for social media, school events, videos, brochures, newsletters, and other creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create original and compelling content for social media, reels, posts, newsletters, school magazine, and the website.
  • Write engaging captions, stories, announcements, and event highlights tailored for school audiences (students, parents, staff, public).
  • Collaborate with the design and photography/videography team to conceptualize and produce visual content (images, videos, posters).
  • Capture moments from school events and turn them into meaningful content.
  • Script and storyboard short videos, interviews, and highlight reels.
  • Maintain a content calendar and plan posts in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and integrate creative formats (memes, transitions, storytelling).
  • Assist in campaigns for admissions, events, festivals, and achievements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media management preferred.
  • Strong writing and visual storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva, MS PowerPoint, basic photo/video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop etc.).
  • Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other content platforms.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetic.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience with school or educational content creation.
  • Ability to handle camera, tripod, and basic editing software.
  • Comfortable working in a school environment with children and staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Office/Graphic Designing: 2 years (Preferred)
