As a Marketing Consultant based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for utilizing your 2-3 years of experience and strong communication skills to sell Home Loan and LAP products while generating leads. Your primary focus will be on creating contacts, maintaining a contact database, and preparing presentations for various services. You will also play a key role in onboarding quality referral partners such as real estate agents, chartered accountants, and builders. Building and managing relationships with customers and channel partners will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will need to understand the requirements of potential leads and offer them suitable solutions with the highest level of service. Regular follow-ups to close leads and engaging with customers, bankers, and business partners until the loan is disbursed are essential duties. Your communication and presentation skills will be vital in meeting monthly targets. Your ability to develop relationships with clients even after disbursement to secure further leads and business will be highly valued. The office is located in Kandivali East, Mumbai, and the annual compensation ranges from 2.40 lac to 3.00 lac with incentives.
