As a Technical Product Owner (TPO) in the Risk Decision Systems, play a pivotal role in driving the development and optimization of risk decisioning systems to align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, organizational aspirations, and evolving customer needs. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in effective story writing for Functional and Non-Functional requirements, creating documentations like Business Process flows, Customer Journey maps, Traceability mapping, and Functional specification documents. Knowledge of customer journeys in retail banking landscapes is essential. Familiarity with AWS and comfort with data analysis and interpretations are beneficial. Key skills include acting as an SME for RDS Tech teams, driving discussions with stakeholders, being a self-starter, working on similar projects, and bridging between business stakeholders, risk management teams, and technical development squads. Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure compliance, act as the primary point of contact, communicate risk decision requirements, collaborate with engineering teams, and be conversant with Scaled Agile processes. As a Technical Product Owner, collaborate with product owners and technical teams, provide subject matter expertise, support product strategy development, gather and prioritize product requirements, ensure continuous testing and improvement of product quality, monitor product performance, and stay updated on industry technology trends. The role is based in Pune. Purpose of the role: - Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to enact the vision defined in the product roadmap. - Provide subject matter expertise to support product development. - Support the development and implementation of the product strategy and vision. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements. - Develop and implement assessments for product quality and performance. - Monitor product performance for optimization.
