You will be joining Lumicel Animation Studios as a creative story writer for developing 2D animation web and TV series. TV animation has gained immense popularity with numerous animated shows targeting audiences of all ages and tastes. At Lumicel Animation Studios, we are working on over 10 original animated series for kids to be broadcasted on various platforms such as YouTube, TV Channels, and Streaming services. Your role will involve writing story-lines for episodes, creating scripts that resonate with young audiences, developing memorable 3-dimensional characters, offering fresh perspectives on storytelling, structuring compelling animation stories, and supporting voice actors, storyboard artists, and animators. Additionally, you will lead the team to ensure timely delivery of episodes while handling other related tasks as required. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in story and creative writing, along with a degree in Writing, English Literature, Journalism, or Visual Communication. This position is suitable for writers interested in crafting TV animation scripts, breaking into the TV animation industry, pitching ideas for animated TV series, or enhancing the saleability of spec animation scripts. Applicants should possess drive, determination, creative problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and strong organizational skills.
