About the Internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities will include: Conduct legal research and analysis on a range of legal issues Draft legal documents, opinions including memos, contracts, and agreements Assist in reviewing and updating policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with legal requirements and best practices Attending NCLT/NCLAT/High Court/ Supreme Court other courts proceedings and prepare relevant papers for such hearings. Stipend will be paid during the internship period of 1 year commensurate with their knowledge, exposure and initiative.
