The Office Boy/Peon will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting in day-to-day office operations, and providing support to office staff by performing various routine tasks to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the workplace. Key Responsibilities: Housekeeping & Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms. Ensure proper upkeep of office furniture, equipment, and fixtures. Support to Staff: Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff, visitors, and clients. Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical work as instructed. Assist in packing, dispatch, and delivery of documents or parcels. Pantry Management: Maintain adequate stock of pantry items and cleaning materials. Keep kitchen and pantry areas clean and organized. Errand & Outdoor Work: Deliver and collect documents, cheques, and parcels from banks, courier offices, or clients. Handle small purchases or payments as directed.
