Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Job Description:
The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent service and support business growth through positive client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls, emails, and queries professionally.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on feedback or complaints.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Build long-term relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
• Support sales and service teams in achieving customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
