Role: Designing / Modelling of engine parts like crankcase, covers, gears, forks, shafts, clutch, and levers, etc. Ability to build models with relevant manufacturing methodology, Peripheral constraints. Knowledge of Engine to Vehicle Interface w.r.t. Transmission, Crankcase, Lubrication, Cooling and Sealing systems Parts Knowledge of Forged, Casted and Sheet Metal Modelling. Basic know-how about Design Guidelines, DFMEA, DVP, Quality documents. Technical/ Functional: Knowledge UG Nx 3D Modelling, Surface modeling, Assembly, Drafting Basic Knowledge of Team Center Basic knowledge of GD & T, DFS, DMU, DFM, Basic Quality standard Specific expertise required for functional area : UG Nx Team center Engineering or PLM system Exposure to Quality/design standards/documents
