They have a headcount of over 2500 plus employees as on date. As a part of their expansion plans, they are looking for AREA SALES MANAGER FOR MULTIPLE LOCATIONS i.e WESTERN UTTAR PRADESH, NORTH KARNATAKA, ANDHRA PRADESH & JHARKAND. Roles, Responsibilities, and Authorities: Job Profile Experience must in Core Genset Selling in the range of 10 KVA 500 KVA . Direct selling, Institutional Sales and Dealer Channel sales. Preparing sales plan for the State/ Area and pursuing the same. Co-ordinate and execute sales promotional activity and market communication. Drive dealer sales network in the State/ Area. Planning monthly schedule and reporting to market head through daily, weekly, monthly performance trackers. Create relationship with customers KRAs Sales against Target Annual Target for gensets - 10 500 KVA as set by HOD Maintain healthy pipeline of enquiries and prospects Zero sales outstanding Registration with all major institutions, Government Bodies and buyers Dealer Channel Sales Network EDUCATION: Graduate in any stream ; Diploma Engineer PG Diploma in Sales and Marketing from a reputed institute. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 Years of retail & Genset selling experience is a must Work Locations: WESTERN UTTAR PRADESH, NORTH KARNATAKA, ANDHRA PRADESH & JHARKHAND.

Role & responsibilities JD - Engine Design Overall Experience: 2 to 6 Years Automotive Experience: minimum 2 to 4 Years in OEM or Tier 1 Modelling Software: NX Minimum 2 to 6 Years. Modules: Solid Modelling, Tubing/Mechanical routing, Sheet Metal, Drafting, CAE (Structural). Candidate Profile Strong Proficiency in UG NX CAD. PLM tool: Experience in Teamcenter or any PLM tool is desired. Detailed drawings for casting and sheet metal components. Strong working knowledge of Casting and Forging components Good understanding of GD & T, Tolerance stack-up. Hose and pipe routings, ensuring that engine-level parts & vehicle-level parts. Experienced on engine components design like crankshaft; Piston, ring pack, pin, clips, connecting rod, small and big end bearings, crank, main bearings, thrust washers, crankshaft damper; bushings, chains, belts, tensioners, guides for off Highway Engine using UG NX. 4. Experience on Team Centre is preferred 5. Prepare and maintain engineering release and change documents 6. Knows, follows and uses the design standard documents, DFMEA, PPAP, DVP, Control Plan & GD&T 7. Co-ordinate DVP tests/analyse. 8. Resolve engineering issues using recognised methodologies. 9. Coordination with other functional areas, such as programme teams, purchasing, quality, plant operation team/ other development teams. 10. Work in a simultaneous engineering environment to support the development plan, ensuring design for manufacture and assembly. 11. Good communication skill having ability to provide clear communication and support to all customers, engineering teams and suppliers. 12. Work with suppliers to deliver prototypes and PPAP parts to schedule, meeting quality and performance requirements 13. Communicate lessons learned, propose design guide/process updates. 14. Manage suppliers via APQP process 15. Worked in the area of Diesel Engine Design preferably Off highway machines. Required 1. Have a sound grasp of the engine product development cycle and expertise in engine system and component specification, design, development and sign-off (using relevant tools) 2. Ideally, have experience with an engine manufacturer or Tier 1 supplier in current product Engineering. 3. Demonstrate project and supplier management skills and good commercial awareness 4. Role & responsibilities Ensure Safety, Hygiene, Quality, 5S and 4M audits are conducted on the shop floor as per decided frequency. Ensure daily Production & Quality targets are achieved on the shop floor with SAFETY. Ensure work is carried out as per GSOS & OPS also do timely Review of OPS & GSOS. Give appropriate training to all new FTCs/employees as per OPS, so that they can be deputed on workstation accordingly. Collect the data of Safety, Quality, Productivity, Operation Rate, and other losses etc. and do the analysis for improvement. Ensure achievement of Suggestions, Kaizens, HHT targets as per guidelines. Conduct daily shift start and end meeting, One-to-One communication to know the concerns of Blue Collars. Act to close all concerns raised by them. Preparation of shift mapping to ensure uninterrupted production targets achievement. Ensure Stop Call Wait is followed on shop floor. Ensure PMS Goals are traced, and extra efforts are taken to achieve these Goals. All the communications received from management are to be communicated down the line. Ensure your flexibility to work in any area as per requirement by management. Attend all the training which is planned for him and ensure his teammate also attends the training as per plan. Participate in internal/External Audits, Projects as per guidelines. Participate in 5S activities on shop floor and ensure the excellent level of 5S on lines. Ensure Machine up time through minor stoppage reduction / Machine health check review. Knowledge of ISO Systems like ISO9001/14001 Knowledge of 4M and 5Why analysis to resolve quality issues of line. Preferred candidate profile 1. Good Product and Process Knowledge of Crankshaft 2. Hands on experience of Crankshaft machining (Forged Steel machining) 3. Hands on experience of CNC Turning machines, VMC, HMC & SPM. 4. Good knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens control. 5. Good CNC Programming knowledge. 6. Hands on experience of Grinding machines, Gantry and Robots. 7. Good knowledge of Cutting tools.
