The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing processes to meet EHS goals by working across multifunctional teams and ensuring compliance with all standards and statutory requirements. They should have a track record of large-scale service accountability, the ability to navigate changing work scopes, and lead EHS discussions effectively. Additionally, the candidate must support the notification, reporting, escalation, and resolution of EHS risks, incidents, and findings while having experience and working knowledge of Data Centers and familiarity with health & safety practices. Required qualifications include a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and preferably a Master's in health and safety or related fields, along with a minimum of 6 years of experience in data center construction. Candidates should also hold at least one certification such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST), or Construction Health and Safety Technologist (CHST). Excellent communication skills, experience engaging cross-functional stakeholders, interpreting standards, project delivery, and proficiency in MS Office tools are essential. The responsibilities of the role include reviewing EHS schematic plans, systems, and documentation related to various areas such as Electrical Safety, Occupational Noise Control, Emergency Response Planning, Hazardous Substances Handling, Root Cause Analysis, and more. The candidate should have the ability to work with diverse groups across multiple time zones, demonstrate project and relationship management skills, and be comfortable with ambiguity and change.
