Role & responsibilities 1. Lifting Planning & Execution Prepare detailed lifting plans , including load calculations, rigging configurations, equipment selection, and risk assessment. Evaluate load weight, center of gravity, lifting radius, crane capacity charts, and environmental conditions before any lift. Ensure all lifting activities follow LOLER, ASME, OSHA, and site-specific safety standards . 2.
