Key Responsibilities: Project Procurement Coordinate procurement activities for project execution, including planning, sourcing, negotiation, and delivery. Evaluate project requirements to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment. Crane Procurement Identify and source crane vendors to meet diverse project needs. Ensure compliance with technical specifications and negotiate optimal pricing. Service Procurement Procure services related to equipment installation, maintenance, calibration, and other project needs. Finalize service contracts and monitor vendor performance. Maintenance Spare Procurement Manage inventory and procurement of spares for preventive and breakdown maintenance. Liaise with the maintenance team for accurate forecasting and planning. Machinery Procurement Handle end-to-end procurement of industrial machinery and equipment. Evaluate vendor proposals and ensure technical compliance. Skills & Competencies: Strong negotiation and analytical skills. Familiarity with technical specifications of mechanical components and machinery. Vendor development and relationship management. Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP B1 or similar). Excellent communication and documentation skills.
