We are looking for R&D Project Managers for end to end Project Completion from Molecule / Noble Discovery molecule of CDMO Customers to Prototype Development, Tech Transfers, Tech Absorption and Industrialisation. Title: Senior Manager Projects - R&D Qualification: B.Tech / B.E - Chemical Engg. PMP Certification is desirable Experience: 12 Years to 20 Years Location : Pune Saturdays - 2 Offs Transport facility : Yes You should be working in R&D Units of Agro Chem / Pesticies / Crop Protection Chemical Mfg Companies in the business of CRAMS / CDMO for Customers / Global Clients. In this role, you will lead research and development projects focused on Crop Sciences / Crop Protection Chemical products, ensuring seamless technical transfers, efficient project execution, and alignment with client needs. Candidates working at Mfg locations managing Capex Projects are in-eligible. Key Role: Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget completion of R&D initiatives. Coordinate all Project-related activities for the Technical transfer of products from development to manufacturing, including Synthesis processes. Lead cross-functional project teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to achieve optimal project outcomes and resolve any issues promptly. Evaluate Project planning scenarios, including milestone dates, decision points, and resource allocation to balance risks and efficiencies. Be Single Point of Contact for the Projects assigned for External Clients and R&D Scientist and Factory Team. Skills: Excellent Communication Skills. Good Interpersonal Skills. Should have good stakeholders management skills. Candidates working at Mfg locations managing Capex Projects are in-eligible.
