As part of our growth journey, we are looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join the founding leadership team and define the company’s long-term technology direction. Role Overview The CTO will be responsible for setting the overall technology vision, leading engineering execution, and building a world-class team. This is an equity-based leadership role, ideal for a founder-minded technologist who wants to shape and scale a company from its early stages. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the company’s technology strategy aligned with business goals. Lead end-to-end product development and ensure scalability, security, and efficiency. Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering team. Establish best practices in product development, DevOps, and compliance. Collaborate with founders and business leaders to align technology priorities with market opportunities. Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to strengthen long-term competitiveness. Drive innovation in Artificial Intelligence, including experience with building digital products using technologies such as Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs). Represent the company’s technology direction in discussions with partners, investors, and stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CTO, Head of Engineering, VP Eng). Proven track record of building and scaling products or platforms (preferably in SaaS, HRTech, or related industries). Experience in developing AI-driven or digital products using technologies like GenAI, Agentic AI, and LLMs is highly desirable. Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of growing engineering teams. Ability to translate business goals into technical strategy and execution. Familiarity with modern architectures, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
