1. Summary of the role In this role, youll help support an effort to revamp the provider facing experience (CareHub) by designing, concepting, and prototyping high-quality product experiences. 2. Description of an ideal candidate The ideal candidate has an extensive background as a product designer, helping to shape, craft and bring to life products and large initiatives in their previous roles. They are a skilled communicator, collaborator and have a high bar for consumer grade design quality. They can dig into data insights, but also be able to use their intuition to deliver solutions in high ambiguity situations. They can formulate a well crafted, thought out approach and create a design that demonstrates strong visual and interaction design skills. 3. What youll do - Help deliver a product from a high level vision to a concrete design solution. Create detailed design specifications in Figma that clearly outline all aspects of the product experience - Work very closely with peer designers, engineering and product managers to define the details, dig into existing data to learn insights and work with care providers to incorporate their feedback. - Design high quality UI that sets a standard for good design in healthcare - Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with the design team, leadership and other stakeholders - Develop a strong understanding of user needs and heavily contribute to a newly evolving design system for CareHub 4. Minimum requirements - 8+ years of design experience; preferably in a startup, in-house or agency environment. - A portfolio showcasing strong design skills with high quality, well crafted UI experiences (visual design strength is preferred) - Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and project managing your own workload to set deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time. - Excellent communication skills to listen and influence, must have the ability to explain your work clearly - Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems. - Highly proficient in Figma, can create UI solutions and prototypes quickly 5. Bonus qualifications - Experience designing in healthcare, dashboards, communications UI - Experience navigating fast-paced environments - Can wrangle competing priorities with ease
