Rangat Jaipur – A homegrown clothing label inspired by Indian craft ✅ Key Responsibilities: 1. WhatsApp & Customer Interaction Handle incoming WhatsApp queries and assist customers with product information, order updates, and returns. Maintain a polite and brand-consistent communication tone. 2. Order & Inventory Management Maintain accurate stock records (manual/excel or system-based). Update daily inventory reports and flag low-stock or high-demand items. Ensure product packaging is accurate and as per brand guidelines. 3. Packing & Dispatch Pack all orders carefully using brand-specified materials. Generate and print address labels. Coordinate daily dispatch through shipping partners (e.g., Shiprocket, India Post, etc.). 4. Reporting & Coordination Prepare a daily operations report covering orders processed, dispatched, pending tasks, and stock levels. Coordinate with the founder or team for restocking and process improvements. 🎓 Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred. Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets. Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented. Comfortable with using WhatsApp Web, printing labels, and basic mobile/laptop use.
