The Textile Design Faculty member will be responsible for teaching textile design courses, developing curriculum, guiding and mentoring students, providing critical feedback on student projects, staying updated with industry trends, and collaborating with colleagues on departmental initiatives. Qualifications Proficiency in Textile Design, Pattern Making, and Color Theory Experience in Curriculum Development, Teaching, Mentoring, and Student Evaluation Strong Research, Analytical, and Problem-Solving skills Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Ability to stay updated with industry trends and techniques Experience in the fashion or textile industry is a plus Master's degree in Textile Design, Fine Arts, or related field
