Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing & Content Specialist, located in Mumbai. The Performance Marketing & Content Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, creating and managing content, analyzing marketing performance data, and optimizing campaigns to increase engagement and conversions. Day-to-day Responsibilities 1. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google to generate quality leads 2. Create and manage organic content for Instagram and YouTube to build brand presence and engage the MBA prep community 3. Optimize website for lead generation and conversion 4.
