The ideal candidate should possess skills in SAP, good communication, and relevant experience in welding processes for small and large assemblies. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in handling manpower shift-wise (150 Nos) and possess systems knowledge of IATF, TPM, QMS, CQI15, and several customer systems.
