The job involves preparing the production plan for Plating, grommet, and Phosphate processes according to the requirements provided by PPC. It includes selecting recipes from SCADA for Plating, Geomet process, and creating batch numbers. Daily verification of check sheets and reporting concerns to the Department Head and Maintenance is essential. The role also requires knowledge of ZLD plant operation and troubleshooting, along with conducting process-related training for Supervisors and operators. Monitoring and reducing Major losses in Plating and Geomet OEE, as well as tracking surface finishing energy and consumable consumption are key responsibilities. Daily calibration and correction of all pH meters, along with overseeing operations such as Barrel Alkaline Zinc Plating, Zinc Flake Coating, Zinc Phosphate Wastewater Treatment, and Zero Liquid Discharge water treatment plant is crucial. The candidate will be accountable for ensuring daily production of approximately 100 MT from 6 different production lines. Additionally, familiarity with CQ11 and CQ12 standards is an important expectation. The ideal candidate should be an Engineer with over 12 years of work experience in the Production department of Electroplating or Surface finishing.,
