As a WordPress Developer, you will utilize your expertise to develop custom themes, plugins, and optimize WordPress websites for performance, SEO, and scalability. Your role will involve collaborating closely with design, content, and marketing teams to deliver top-notch digital experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites, themes, and plugins. You will be tasked with converting design mockups into responsive WordPress themes and optimizing websites for speed and performance, focusing on Core Web Vitals. Troubleshooting issues related to plugins, themes, and hosting, as well as conducting regular maintenance, updates, and backups will be essential aspects of your role. Ensuring cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and collaborating with content, SEO, and design teams to enhance UX/UI will be among your duties. Additionally, you will maintain documentation of development processes and updates. To excel in this role, you are required to have a minimum of 4 years of professional WordPress development experience. Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery is essential, along with experience in building custom themes and plugins from scratch. Familiarity with popular page builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, and a deep understanding of WordPress architecture and best practices are necessary.
