As an experienced professional with 18-22 years of experience, you will be responsible for driving strategy development and deployment, including OKR development, value analysis, CBN (3-year plan), and annual plans. Your role will involve developing and implementing process strategies, service design, and benchmarking standards to ensure operational excellence. You will play a key role in transforming business activities through experience enhancement, digitization, and decision intelligence. Managing zone-specific relationships with Zone Partners and ensuring governance and compliance in collaboration with KHMS, internal audit and controls, and stakeholder/supplier escalation management will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Your expertise will be utilized in overseeing customer journey mapping, process taxonomy, process design, innovation, benchmarking, and business value delivery. Additionally, you will be accountable for managing third-party BPO relationships by enforcing contracts, KPIs, and SLAs. Driving GBS expansion through business development and execution of the business case will be a core responsibility. Talent management across the global scope of function and managing P&L for the global GBS STP function will also be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you should have 18-20+ years of experience in process management, operations, or transformation roles, with at least 5 years of experience leading cross-functional and/or global teams. Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and expertise in process standardization, optimization, and alignment with organizational goals are essential qualifications. Proficiency in governance, compliance, continuous improvement, and collaboration across functions and zones will be critical for success. Role & responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and project requirements. Ensure procurement processes support cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. Value engineering of optimal equivalent quality products, new innovative adoption of products versus design versus specifications. Identify and advise latest market trend relating to various products across several procurement requirements and international procurement of required items. Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships. Monitor and control procurement budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness. Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, price fluctuations, and quality issues. Develop contingency plans to address potential procurement challenges. Resolve disputes related to procurement activities. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with procurement policies. Collaborate with legal teams to review and finalize contracts Preferred candidate profile Educational Background: Bachelors degree in supply chain, Business, or Construction (masters preferred). Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction industry Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP & Procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). Certifications : CSCP, CIPS, CPSM, PMP, or equivalent.
