Your key responsibilities will include developing Embedded Linux-based software solutions for O-RAN Cellular base station radios, assisting with defining, developing, and verifying FW/SW products, establishing design, implementation, and test strategies, supporting integration and test activities, and collaborating with the Applications team and customers to provide necessary support. Additionally, you will work on FPGA bring-up, Linux stack, and build processes. To excel in this role, you must have at least 10 years of relevant work experience, hold a degree in BE/B.Tech or M.Tech in EC/CS, possess strong coding skills in C, C++, and/or Python, and have experience with Embedded Linux Kernel, Driver & Application development. Experience in Cellular RAN development, ARM or similar embedded SoC development environment, and excellent debugging skills are essential. You should be comfortable with configuration management, version control, modern software development flow, and have good communication and documentation skills. Prior experience with FPGA and/or Network Processor software development, familiarity with ORAN M/C/S/U plane, and knowledge of netconf2, netopeer2 client/server, yang, SysRepo, SyncE, PTP, eCPRI, and CPRI are desirable skills. As an FPGA expert with proficiency in Xilinx tools, you will be responsible for managing FPGA flows, including compilation, synthesis, debugging, performance optimization, and advanced feature implementation. As a Senior Executive in Product Development at Mahindra HZPC Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibility will be to conduct multi-location trials for new varieties evaluation and existing varieties for improved agronomy POP development. You will be reviewing trial evaluation sheets and protocols, working closely with the R&D Team to ensure all information is updated and summarizing trial data reports. Your role will involve summarizing and analyzing data from different regions to provide insights for product launch, retest, or rejection decisions. You will play a crucial role in providing realistic assessments of product performance and potential, assisting the R&D and Business Head in making informed decisions.
